Super Cleanse
Book is well written, clear and easy to follow instructions. The story preceding the diets are interesting and relevant to the book. The recipes are simple to follow.

Definitely beneficial
Any one who says that the recipes are tasty, well, that just isn’t true. Then again, I’m comparing that to a juicy a BBQ bacon cheeseburger, fries and strawberry shake.

This book is probably the best cleansing book I have read. There are a variety of cleanses, most of which involve eating real, clean food and/or juices or smoothies.
